The location of the lodge was great, nestled in a quiet area. the inside of the lodge was modern and had good facilities, including two bathrooms and comfortable beds. the hot tub was a highlight, being well-maintained and enjoyable.

The cleanliness issues with the hot tub were a major letdown, with dirt, scum, and even a toenail found in it. the staff didn't respond effectively to this concern, even after multiple requests.

Although the lodge itself was wonderful, there were a few minor issues reported, such as a lack of key safe code communication and some missed requests for personalized surprises.
